Marketing, Advertising and Enthusiastic Promotion

If you are like most people then Marketing and Advertising is definitely one of the top three reason you chose one Realtor over another.  While everyone talks about doing a "Good Job", what does that mean?  What should you expect?  Below is a sample of just what I feel you deserve:

Open House and Face-to-Face Promotion

Marketing 101.  Expect that I will describe and introduce your property with enthusiasm and honesty to each and every potential client.  I treat everyone, who walks through your front door with dignity, respect, and courtesy.  I make a habit of engaging potential clients in conversation not simply a monologue of features visitors could read for themselves on a piece of paper.

I believe warm, honest, personal conversation helps to fix your property in the mind of a potential buyer. And when there is a fit, these stronger memories make people feel more at ease.  Happy people make an offer and act more quickly.  Wouldn't you agree?

Newspaper and Print Marketing

Newspaper and Print Marketing

It is true that paper circulations are dropping, but that is why I also publish in street level magazines.  Why?  Because people prefer to browse and newspaper, or coffee shop magazines, effectively get the message out.  The Herald and the Globe are equally important, people quickly finding open house times and locations, and both papers have a widely read "on line" presence.

GoogleBase

GoogleBase

Google Base is a place where I submit all types of online and offline content, which is made searchable on Google. You can describe any item you post with attributes, which will help people find it when they do related searches. In fact, based on the properties description and "tag" relevance, users may find them in their results for searches on Google Product Search and even on the main Google web search.

Zillow

Zillow

Zillow.com is an online real estate community where homeowners, buyers, sellers share vital information about homes, for fee. Launched in early 2006 with Zestimate® values and data on millions of U.S. homes, Zillow has since opened the site to bloging, shout outs, community input, data and dialog. One of the most-visited U.S. real estate Web sites, Zillow's goal is to help people become smarter about real estate in every stage of the home ownership process while promoting the services of their on line sponsors.

Yahoo! Real Estate

Yahoo! Real Estate

Yahoo! Real Estate is one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate Web sites in the market, having grown over 80 percent in the years since, according to ComScore Media Metrix rankings. Yahoo! Real Estate provides users with one of the most comprehensive sets of real estate information and listings, including new and for-sale home listings, apartments for rent, home values, local schools, detailed neighborhood overviews, and home mortgage rates.

Compelling Property Descriptions

Knowing the in-and-outs of the MLS database absolutely produces better results. Accurate information, multiple tags, and a compelling, colorful narrative highlighting the best features of your property.  This captures buyers, through their search terms and criteria and draws them it to that critical next step, deciding to make that appointment. Good writing and photography puts your property in the "must see" rather than the "just see" column.

Trulia

Trulia

Trulia, Inc. is a residential real estate search engine and the fastest-growing U.S. real estate Web site, has revolutionized online home search by offering a rich, intuitive user experience that points consumers directly to listings on agent and broker Web sites.
